Following the unfortunate news that he would have to give up drinking wine, Stephen Marsh was not quite ready to give up booze altogether so he set about finding something else to drink.
After 7 years of research, trialling, testing, and tasting Pinksters was launched in 2014. The base gin comes from G & J Distillers but Stephen and his team add a further three botanicals including the all important raspberries sourced locally from just outside Cambridge, which give the rather beautiful pale pink colour and the all important flavour.
