From time to time, we offer free or discounted delivery promotions for selected customers when purchasing qualifying items or placing a qualifying order. These are the terms and conditions that apply to these promotions:
- Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- The validity of the voucher code can be found in the offer communication. Unless otherwise stated, it is valid for 14 days from receipt.
- A £50 minimum spend applies (excluding delivery charges, En Primeur, gift cards, and event tickets).
- Upon entering the voucher code at checkout, the delivery charge will be deducted from a minimum £50 transaction (spend exclusions apply as above).
- The voucher code must be applied at the time of purchase; refunds will not be issued retrospectively.
- The discount can only be redeemed once and is valid only for the customer's online delivery.
- The voucher code cannot be transferred, auctioned, sold, or traded. Any such codes found will be invalidated, and orders may be rejected.
- The voucher code cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The Promoter, Tanners Wines Ltd, accepts no responsibility for lost vouchers and reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
