Non Alcoholic Drinks

The popularity of gin in the UK has given rise to a number of non-alcoholic variants, which in turn has led to a broadening of the category. Some are distilled in the normal way, the alcohol is then removed, and flavouring added. Others have no alcohol at all in the process just a maceration of the flavourings in water. A variety of different base flavours are used, and they can, served with a good mixer, make an interesting alternative to soft drinks for those looking for something different.
