Fiano

A high quality, full-flavoured and full-bodied variety from the South of Italy, with top producers making wines with a capacity for ageing. Fiano is nutty and textured with floral and honeyed notes, spice and tropical fruit flavours like pineapple. The most famous example is Fiano di Avellino from Campania, but you’ll find it making waves in Australia too.
