Prosecco & Italian Sparkling

It is a charming sparkler made from the Glera grape variety, sourced from the regions of Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia in Italy. This light, dry, sparkling wine is perfectly suited to parties, summer evenings and/or serving as an apéritif. Prosecco is also the key ingredient for the classy Bellini cocktail: simply pour a measure of white peach purée into a flute glass and top up with well-chilled Prosecco to whet the appetite of your guests. The recently added Prosecco Rosé DOC, with up to 15% Pinot Noir allowed, is proving a hit.
