Bordeaux or Balderdash? A Wine Call My Bluff

Join us for an evening of Wine Call My Bluff, with a dash of Would I Lie To You? thrown in for good measure. This is wine tasting with a twist of truth (or not), where confidence in conviction battles wine knowledge!

Throughout the evening, guests will be presented with a selection of wines, stories and descriptions. Some will be entirely true, some wholly fabricated and others just plausible enough to cause confusion. Your task is to decide fact from fiction whilst sampling a carefully chosen range of wines! Is that tasting note genuine? Does that vineyard really exist? Was that bizarre wine law ever actually enforced? Expect bluffs, misdirection and the occasional outrageous fact that might just be true.

Designed for wine enthusiasts and complete novices alike, this light-hearted evening places as much emphasis on laughter and conversation as it does on wine. No prior knowledge is required, only a willingness to trust your instincts, challenge your hosts and perhaps discover that everything you thought you knew about wine was wrong.

Raise a glass, sharpen your powers of deduction and prepare to separate fact from fiction in an evening where everybody is invited to call the bluff.
