Tanners Historic Tour

Here at Tanners historic 26 Wyle Cop premises we offer historical tours three times each year, inviting visitors to explore in full the characterful building behind its famous black and white Wyle Cop frontage. Winding through old cellars shop to the beautiful and really rather unique passageway, guests will see Victorian offices, cellars and much more. The tour shares the story of Tanners history as an old family-owned business and the wider history of the building, which spans some 600 years and has housed wine merchants since the 19th century. Along the way, guests will see original fittings, archive material and details often never seen by the casual visitor.

The tour begins with a fizz reception and ends with a 10% discount on any purchases made in the Cellar Shop. The ticket price also includes a complimentary bottle of Tanners Cava for each guest to take home.
