Château Olivier
Château Olivier was an old seigniory dating back to the middle ages, where it is said, the Black Prince used to visit to hunt in the forests hereabout.
Since the 19th century it has been owned by the Bethmanns, an old Bordeaux Family. Jean-Jacques de Bethmann is the current owner and has overseen a considerable improvement in the quality here. A classic mix of tried and tested techniques and the most modern thinking are applied in the winery and the vineyards, where they produce both red and white win
