The excellent run of form continues for this ambitious Château. Aromas of spice, blackcurrant, plum and mulberry leap out of the glass, leading to a mid-weight palate of red and black fruit, graphite and creamy oak. Displaying classic Margaux silkiness, the tannins are super fine. Compact and pure, this is very well balanced Brane-Cantenac which should appeal to its growing legion of fans! 5-15 years.
