Tanners Supper Club, Domaine Etienne Sauzet with Evatt & Bullock

There are few pleasures quite as enduring as Burgundy from an exceptional Domaine, so for a treat we’re hosting not just a Puligny-Montrachet Supper Club, but one entirely dedicated to Domaine Etienne Sauzet’s 1er Cru La Truffière. These elegant, expressive wines have been gently maturing in our reserve cellar since release and will be partnered by a four-course supper.

We thought given the wines are so special we ought to see them accompanied by an equal matching in food, step forward Evatt & Bullock. The Evatt & Bullock, team is led by Harry Evatt-Bullock who has spent time honing his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants and he and his team will join us to cook at Tanners.

Over the course of the evening, your hosts will guide you through six vintages from this highly acclaimed vineyard, exploring the history and vintage character of this distinguished Burgundian estate. Each wine will be thoughtfully paired with your four-course supper.

The evening will commence at 7.00pm with a glass of Champagne. Guests will be seated for supper at 7.30pm
