Delve deeper in to the world of wine and tasting. Explore how region, vintage and climate shape the character of wine, and how these factors can influence style, flavour and structure. Through a tasting of selected wines, we’ll compare different regions and vintages to discover how much of what we taste comes from place, year and growing conditions.
