Neuburger

An Austrian high quality grape that takes on a golden colour quite early in development, is slightly nutty but has density and a round feel in the mouth, good concentration and length. Naturally soft, it ages well too. History has it that Neuberger was first cultivated from a bundle of vines found on the banks of the Danube at Oberarnsdorf in the Wachau region in the mid-nineteenth century.
