Pinot Meunier

One of the three varieties you’ll encounter in Champagne, this one brings a fruity core to the blends of many houses and is often a quarter or third of the make-up of the house non-vintage cuvée. Being black skinned you won’t find it in a ‘Blanc de Blancs’.
