The Teeling Whiskey Company was founded by Jack Teeling whose family have a long history of distilling in Ireland, from Walter Teeling who, in 1782, opened a distillery in Dublin to more recently John Teeling who founded the Connemara Distillery in 1987.
Jack started as an independent bottler but soon decided that his heart lay in distilling his own whiskies. Family, and employee owned, the distillery is in North Dublin, where the philosophy is small is beautiful and don’t be afraid to try new things.
