Xarello

One of the three principal white grapes used traditionally in Cava, you may well also find the firm, slightly sour flavoured wine as a single-variety wine in a Catalan bar. Studies have shown it has a high level of the anti-oxidant compound, resveratrol, in the grape’s skin.
