Tasting Tickets

Tastings have gone paperless. Email confirmation emails will act as your ticket for entry to the event, we also hold a guest list for those that can’t find their emails. If you would like a physical ticket, either posted or via email, this can be requested by emailing events.manager@tanners-wines.co.uk

If you need to arrange a refund at any time prior to the event please ring 01743 234455, or email events manager. Refunds will be issued (or the value transferred to another event) providing the event is more than seven days away, if you are unable to attend for any reason with less notice than this, please let us know as soon as you can and wherever possible we will attempt to resell your ticket(s) on your behalf. No refunds will be made for no-shows.

Private Events - Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum spend – there is a minimum charge of £300 for all tastings. We will happily cater for groups of less than 12 people providing the minimum spend is met.
  • Wines and menus listed are for example purposes and may be subject to change. Bespoke menus and events are available on request and will be priced accordingly.
  • Final numbers must be confirmed at least five working days prior to the event.
  • Private events must be paid for in full at least five working days prior to the event.
  • Cancellation – any booking cancelled within four weeks of the event will be subject to a charge of the minimum spend.
  • Bookings cancelled closer to the date may be required to cover the full invoice amount. No refunds will be made for no-shows.
  • All participants must be at least 18 years of age. Please drink responsibly.
