PORTUGAL
A blend of Taylor’s four Pinhão Valley estates: Terra Feita, Casa Nova, Junco, and Eira Velha. An energetic, tangy and spicy, fruit-driven Port with a rich core of black fruits, cherry, and stone fruits, with a minty frame, a touch of liquorice, and classical Douro cistus. This will offer good earlier drinking and has the bones for mid-term development too.

Wines offered ‘Lying Abroad’ or ‘En Primeur’ provide a good way to secure some of the most sought after wines at opening prices. Prices are clearly marked in our sales literature and are exclusive of duty, shipping, marine insurance and VAT. Shipment of claret and Port normally takes place around 30 months after the vintage, burgundy and Rhône usually more quickly. A second invoice for the duty, shipping, marine insurance and VAT on the value of the wine is charged at the time of shipment - view current duty rates.
