Artisans Partisans
Led by Pierre Bories, Artisans Partisans is a team of winemakers and cultural ambassadors, dedicated to expressing the character, diversity and heritage of Languedoc-based vineyards. Its philosophy combines traditional winemaking craftsmanship with a commitment to organic viticulture, biodiversity and responsible farming, creating distinctive wines that reflect their origins.
The group encompasses four estates: Château Ollieux Romanis, at the heart of Cru Boutenac; Château Rives-Blanques, known for its high-altitude Limoux sparkling and white wines; Domaine Pierre Bories, a space for exploring natural winemaking; and Domaine Le Champ des Murailles, which expresses the character of Corbières. Beyond its own vineyards, Artisans Partisans collaborates with like-minded growers to showcase a wider range of Languedoc appellations, including Minervois, Limoux, Faugères and Pic Saint-Loup.
Respect for terroir guides every stage of production, with careful vineyard management and winemaking intended to preserve the authenticity of each site and grape variety. Organic farming, ground cover, hedgerow planting and the use of sheep to promote soil health form part of its environmental approach. The group also explores biodynamic practices and innovative growing methods to strengthen vineyard resilience.
