Château Filhot

Filhot is a vast, elegant estate of some 350 hectares with 62 hectares under vine. La Comtesse de Lacarelle bought the property from her brother in 1935 and it is currently run by the Vaucelles family. 30% of barrels are renewed each year and the wines are vinified using very traditional methods, producing a good, consistent wine.
