Despite changes in ownership one characteristic marks this estate out above others and that is the ability to produce fine, superior wines whatever the nature of the vintage. Topflight, long-lived wines, intense and concentrated with a good tannic structure. Owned by François Pinault, this 65 hectare estate dates back to about 1680 and still pursues nothing short of perfection.
