Jack Daniel Distillery

Jack Daniel was quite a character buying his first still at the age of just 13! By the age of 20, in 1866, he had registered his distillery. The 'beer' stills are 100 feet high, from these the spirit goes into charcoal-mellowing vats before aging in barrels for 4-6 years.
