Mauzac

The grape for dry, sweet and particularly sparkling wines from Gaillac and South-West France, there’s a lovely flavour of ripe apples, good balance and a stylish feel to this variety. Any sparkling wine labelled Blanquette de Limoux must be at least 90% Mauzac.
