Bright blackcurrant and some raisin fruit, very pretty fruity aromas. An elegant, clove spiced palate with excellent structure and a lasting impact from the bright fruit.Trés Jolie. 2-7 years.

Robust nose displaying pure and elegant stone fruit, hazelnuts and white flowers. The mouth is very round with a lovely peppery, fennel lift and a delicate honeyed finish. 0-5 years.

Gorgeous plum, damson and prune fruit alongside a fine cacao complexity and sweet cherries. The black forest palate also displays fresh tobacco leaf and a stunning, silken texture with some expertly managed grip. 3-12 years.

Really pure aromas of white peaches and ground white pepper. A silky, slick palate which is soft on the finish but maintains lots of freshness nonetheless. Balanced and quite delicious. 0-3 years.

A world-class wine. Opulent fruit on the nose which is arrestingly fresh and pure, apricots and acacia honey. The palate is clean and fine, fresh but mouth filling. Sea salt and green olives with a delicious spicy finish. 3-7 years.

Coming from 60-year-old vines, this is fresh and nimble, with yellow fruit on the nose framed by spicy ginger root. The palate is intensely fruity and rich displaying both granny smith and golden delicious apples, and just-ripe pineapple flesh, some lychee and white raspberry too. Long and fine. 2-7 years.

Very nice chunky plum and blackberry fruit with lots of black pepper. Crunchy fruit on the palate with tantalising grippy tannin, pure and lovely varietal Syrah flavour, and lots of freshness. 1-7 years.

Light and fresh, both mineral and floral notes on the nose. There is lots of clean and fresh white grapefruit and lime fruit. A pithy palate with plenty more fruit, an aniseed top note and bitter almond finish. Defined and complex. 0-7 years.

A struck match complexity at first, leaning into white flowers, lychee and crunchy granny smith apples. Pure and defined fruit on the palate with a savoury creaminess, white peaches in droves, a lovely breadth and spice to finish. 2-9 years.

A super wine, showing elderflower, lychee and a restrained peachiness on the nose, underpinned by white florals. Noticeable intensity on the palate with a weighty Chablis-esque oatmeal creaminess, struck match lift and bitter almond and honey finish. 0-3 years.

A very classic Cornas. Deep and rich red fruit aromas, cranberry and raspberry to the fore. The palate displays lovely, well managed tannin and intense fruit flavours perfectly suited for ageing. 5-12 years.

From one small, prized parcel in the north of the appellation and 90 year old vines comes this intense purple fruited giant. Bitter dark chocolate and kalamata olives alongside nutty toasty aromas, smoke and cedar. The tannins are very fine and balanced, and the fruit persists unrelenting long after the wine is gone. 5-15+ years.

Crystal clear fruit on the nose coming from calcareous vineyards, showing elderflower, white peaches and pears. The texture is creamy with a touch of spice and smoke, a comforting waxy, silky weight. 0-5 years.

From a sunny spot in the south of the appellation strewn with large Alpine stones, comes this delicious liquorice and smoke flavoured gem. Chunky, fresh black fruit in abundance with a natural clove and pepper freshness, gentle but present tannin. 2-6 years.

Green fennel bulbs greet the nose, leading to apple and orange pith around a delicious, lithe apricot and peach core. The 100% Roussanne palate displays a concentrated freshness and lovely spicy finish. 0-5 years.

Very black, in colour and flavour. Chunky black plum and blackcurrant with liquorice and tobacco smoke, reminiscent of tar too (in a good way!). The texture is soft and supple with present but pleasing acid and velvety tannins typical of 2024. 3-9 years.

From a small plot at over 300 metres of altitude Mucyn?s Cornas has some freshness and elegance together with plenty of fruit as well as the structure that the granite terroir gives. Powerful, with good ripeness and soft tannins. 5-15+ years.

Super juicy cranberry and raspberry fruit here with some lovely, clearly defined varietal black pepper. A supple and juicy palate with the telltale 2024 freshness and balance, grippy, chalky tannin but really delicious. 2-7 years.

A broad nose displaying lots of ripe apricots, nectarines and fresh mango. A little oak treat coming from notes of croissant and dried herbs. Delicious, decadent but delicate. 0-5 years.

Black raspberries and blackcurrants with a toasty, clove undercurrent. The core of fruit on the palate is strong and dense, lifted by violets. Supple texture with ripe, high quality tannin, the freshness holding the wine together. 3-12 years.

Cloaked in an opaque purple hue sleeps this giant. The highly perfumed and expressive nose displays a haunting array of flowers, with violets in particular coming through. A dense core of damson and black cherry fruit with tobacco complexity. On the palate olive and balsamic notes persist for a very long time. 5-15+ years.

A floral nose coupled with heady spice notes, roses and fresh lychee fruit base. The palate is very elegant, slightly oily but with a lemon-juice freshness and beautifully defined fruit. More persistent spice on the finish. 2-15 years.

Deep and dense fruit. A medley of red and black berries with some lovely peppery and liquorice spice. A gentle, foudre softened palate which is supple and attractive. Lovely! 2-6 years.

From a high altitude lieu-dit, slow ripening has produced a broad aromatic profile of chocolate, mint, crunchy blackcurrants and plums. Approachable palate with chalky tannin and fresh acidity, super sustained length. 3-9 years.

Peaches and hazelnuts with exotic turmeric spice on the nose. A lesson in Viognier on the palate, fresh apricots and honey with excellent freshness and a chilli finish. Pure and expressive. 0-3 years.

From 5 ha of vines surrounding the beautiful medieval village of Malleval. This is lean in its youth, with an intense, broody fruit core. Pink grapefruit, lychee and ripe mango flavours turning into apple on the pallet with a waxy orange peel finish. 2-7 years.

Aromatic nose displaying intriguing aromas of meat and iodine, very dense and concentrated damson and date fruit. Rich, peppery palate with an ethereal texture despite the tight tannin. Extended sustained length. 5-15 years.

This sleeping giant will be extremely rewarding in time. The nose is complex, there is a plethora of fresh red and black fruit, spiked by vanilla and baking spice. More on the palate alongside fresh coffee, pennies and leather. A very full, sumptuous body, with supple tannins and lasting length. 5-15 years.
