The latest venture of William Chase, who owns and set up the Chase Spirit Company and sold his crisp business, Tyrrells, in 2010.
Set in the picturesque village of Lourmarin in the Luberon region, beautifully situated with Provence to the south and the Southern Rhône Valley to the north west. Newly acquired in 2012 the plan is to expand production and introduce biodynamic production methods with the help of winemaker Robert Eden, great nephew of the former British Prime Minister, Anthony Eden.
