Delivery & Returns
By placing an order on the Tanners website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
Gift Vouchers & e-Gift Cards
There are two products available: Gift Vouchers are redeemable in store only whilst e-Gift Cards are redeemable online only.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and PayPal. You can have full confidence that our online ordering service is fully secure. All credit card transactions are processed using the highly secure payment gateway, Braintree. We never see your credit or debit card card details to ensure a safe and secure shopping experience for you. However if you are an account holder our new site offers tokenisation which allows you to register your card encrypted on Braintree's highly secure servers, which makes paying much faster on future orders. Once you reach the order process, you will notice the web address at the top of the page will change to begin with https://www instead of http://www. This is a sign that you are on secure servers.
In addition, our website has industry-leading encryption from Norton Secured, powered by Symantec and is scanned daily.
Please note that payment is taken at the time you press the ‘Place Order’ button.
